IT Inside Sales
In this job, you will have a versatile function. Among other things, you will be involved in designing, developing or improving high-quality IT solutions. You will lay the foundation for the IT projects we carry out for our customers. You will also carry out both in-house and on-site configuration and installation work on Enterprise server and storage environments.

In this job, you will have a versatile function. Among other things, you will be involved in designing, developing or improving high-quality IT solutions. You will lay the foundation for the IT projects we carry out for our customers. You will also carry out both in-house and on-site configuration and installation work on Enterprise server and storage environments.
You will also be responsible for, among other things, carrying out both in-house and on-site configuration and installation work on Enterprise server and storage environments.
Besides being practically technical, you will have the following tasks that make this position even more versatile:
- You will engage with customers on IT solutions in an advisory and commercial manner.
- A large part of the time you will be involved in purchasing tasks, invoicing, sales and logistics.
- You are responsible for support contracts. You draft and manage the contracts.
- To keep your knowledge up to date, you will attend courses and training sessions.
Profile
We are looking for someone with:
- A passion to serve as primary contact towards customers
- A technical, consultative and commercial attitude
- An accurate work attitude in which you act proactively and have communication skills
- Ability to independently research and study technical issues for client issues
- Thorough knowledge of Enterprise server and storage environments. Knowledge of network and security environments with a focus on technology/hardware is a plus
